Return and refund
Returns are accepted only for incorrect products due to our error, and clear photos of the defect/damage must be provided.
Notify Hairpurity.x within 48 hours of delivery if you receive damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds are only accepted if items are returned to Hairpurity.x within 7 days of delivery in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging).
Items that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered are not eligible for a refund or for an exchange.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully verified, it will be prepared for shipment.
Orders will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless the item is a pre-order.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items require additional processing time. Estimated shipping timelines will be stated on the product page.
Pre-orders will be shipped once the item becomes available.
3. Tracking, Loss & Theft Protection
Tracking numbers and loss/theft protection are only provided if the customer pays for the loss and theft protection option, which is available at an additional cost.
If the customer chooses not to purchase loss and theft protection, Hair Purity.X is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the order has been shipped.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders shipped without loss and theft protection in cases where the package is lost, stolen, or missing.
However, if the buyer has received the order and experiences an issue with the product, they may contact Hair Purity.X customer service within the stated return window to discuss the issue. All product-related concerns will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
